Load Balancer Maintenance for Security Patch
Rackspace notified us that they will be performing critical maintenance of all their Cloud Load Balancers this week. The maintenance affecting our servers will take place and rebooted in the time period between Monday July 13, 6:00pm to 11:00pm PST, a more precise timeframe based on service will be provided below.
The reboot should only take less than a minute and all websites should come back online on their own. But we will be monitoring the process and will respond to any problems ASAP.
This maintenance is necessary in order to respond to several critical SSL Cipher Suite vulnerabilities. It will affect different servers at different times, during the entire timeframe of Monday July 13, 6:00pm to 11:00pm PST, all users may experience intermittent connections to their websites for less than a minute.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have no control over this. These steps are being taken by the worlds most reliable and trusted hosting providers because they are absolutely necessary in order to keep the load balancers functioning stable and secure.
