WHAT IS IT?

You have priority access to our entire support team as well as a Dedicated Webmaster Assistant that will be your personal online and digital marketing expert who can help with daily SEO content management and website updates, daily website design of simple promotional graphics. Your assistant can also help you with technical needs like setting up Cloudflare CDN, email or domain management, setting up and analyzing Google Analytics, considering best strategies and solutions or other technical questions related to your website and online presence.

For the cost of less than a part-time minimum wage intern, you get priority access to an entire team of professionals who are experts in all the various sectors needed to have a professional website.  This gives you the peace of mind that you can handle anything challenge that arises. 

How Does It Work?

You can send website update requests to your dedicated assistant via phone, chat, email, or courier pigeon, and we will make the necessary changes to your website for you, e.g. add slideshows, post blogs, add team profiles, update features, find royalty free images for an article or edit your existing images to look good in the context, create simple promotional graphics for your home page, change menus, embedding third party widgets, minor CSS/HTML customizations to templates, etc. This helps non-technical or non-creative, busy, business owners to focus on what they are great at. Your assistant can serve you best when you provide content and clear direction.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

This service is priced to assist with a reasonable volume of changes to help maintain an average website. If there is ever a problem we'll let you know and refund you or offer an upgraded service if we can't provide the service you need within these limits.

This is not a data entry service—your webmaster assistant will not toil at a keyboard entering massive amounts of data by hand. If you need to import data, we can have a programmer map your data to your database and import it programmatically with a small side project.

This is not a site setup service—if you need someone to set up your website content for the first time (e.g. transfer all your content from another site or internal documents) we provide a separate Content Setup service which only costs $25-250/page or we can quote a custom project.

This is not a content creation service—your webmaster assistant will not write blog articles, sonnets, market analysis or sermons. They will help you find free stock photography if you need images for your content, but they will not take photos for you. 

This is not a full creative service—our graphic designers will create basic graphics for promotional areas (e.g. image with text overlay), but they will not create logos/icons, artistic illustrations or extensive graphic design. They will make basic changes to CSS (styling) or HTML (structure) for pages, but this does not include structural redesign of templates or custom development.
